A creative force in hospitality & event production.. I like the sound of that :)

For over 20+ years, I’ve immersed myself in the richness of multi-disciplinary hospitality and event production with hands-on experience spanning across restaurant operations, Humanagement® (aka Human Resources), venue events & sales, pop-ups, and full-scale event activations of all sizes. 

My journey began in my hometown of Miami, FL as a 14 year old young buck working at a soulful neighborhood coffee shop with live jazz and a deep sense of community. That early experience rooted me in a lifelong commitment to the art of service (SRVC).

Since then, I’ve run operations, opened venues, produced + managed hundreds of activations, led events and sales strategies for iconic venues and brands, and built lasting relationships across Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville. 

My secret sauce? Improving ecosystems, leveraging strengths, bringing the right people + ideas together, and shaping environments that feel alive.
