How do I work with an event planner?

Bring us your vision, your budget, and anything that inspires you. That could be a mood board, a menu idea, or a party you saw on Pinterest. From there, we help shape the concept, source the right vendors, build timelines, and execute every detail.

Can you help design events from scratch?

Absolutely. We help you develop the full concept and visual direction, then bring in the right vendors to execute it. From floor plans and menus to lighting, gifting, and guest flow, we work with vetted teams on both the creative and the logistical sides.

Can you work within a small budget?

Yes. We can scale smartly based on your goals and communicate transparently about what is doable, and what is challenging. Clear budget expectations upfront help us guide you to the best use of funds without compromising the experience.

Do you provide event staffing?

Yes. We handle all contracting, scheduling, and insurance for hospitality and production roles. That includes servers, bartenders, event staff, loaders, production assistants, security, and more. All service staff is trained in our SRVC Operations protocols, backed by the highest Hospitality standards.

What’s included in your event services?

Venue sourcing, vendor management, staffing, budgeting, timeline building, permits, rentals, insurance, creative direction, and day-of execution. We’re your one-stop operations and production team.

What support do you offer venues?

We offer full back-end and on-site event management. That includes lead response, platform setup, communication scripts, menus, packages, internal organizational systems, client decks, FAQ sheets, and more. We also provide support for venue walkthroughs, site visits, and day-of execution when needed.

Can you manage my venue’s bookings?

Yes. We handle everything from lead inquiries & sales pipelines to client comms, contracts, floor plans, vendor coordination, and onsite execution. We also manage listings and optimize your presence across booking platforms.

Can you help improve our current process?

Definitely. We audit your end-to-end event process: where leads come in, how fast you respond, where deals fall through, and how your team communicates. Then we help tighten it all up. Our goal is to make sure you never miss a solid lead.

How is SRVC different from hiring an in-house event manager?

We’re leaner, faster, and focused. You don’t pay full-time overhead. We bring in proven systems, real-world experience and an “insider scoop” from working with multiple venues, plus an always-on support model. Our team becomes an extension of yours, without the extra staffing.

Do you manage menus, pricing, and packages?

Yes. We consult on pricing, build out your picklists, update packages, and make sure your menus are formatted clearly across all platforms. We also keep things competitive by benchmarking against other venues and clients in the market.

What if we already have someone handling events in-house?

That works too. We often support and collaborate with existing teams by handling lead overflow, revamping systems and templates, improving the digital backend, or managing platform updates. We’re not here to replace, we’re here to OPTIMIZE.
